As a Commercial Real Estate Asset Analyst, you'll be at the heart of managing a dynamic portfolio. Your responsibilities will span from initial investment to final disposition, where you'll play a pivotal role in:
Strategic Planning: Crafting business plans, cash flow projections, and capital plans that drive asset performance.
Data-Driven Insights: Developing comprehensive reports that offer a clear view of revenue trends, expenses, lease performance, and occupancy rates.
Operational Efficiency: Maintaining meticulous property records and supporting group initiatives to optimize operations and identify potential opportunities.
Financial Analysis: Conducting in-depth analyses to assess portfolio performance, evaluate market conditions, and ensure accurate valuations.
Technology Expertise: Leveraging asset management systems to create insightful reports and streamline processes.
Property Tax Optimization: Strategically managing property tax assessments and appeals to maximize returns.

Qualifications:
To succeed in this role, you'll need a solid foundation in finance, accounting, or real estate, combined with 2-3 years of relevant experience. Your strong analytical and quantitative skills will be essential for creating insightful financial reports. A willingness to travel, proficiency in Microsoft Office and specialized software (Argus, RealPage, Excel), and a keen eye for detail will also be valuable assets.
