Our PWM Asia Operations Client Servicing team plays a vital role in supporting our business units across trading, asset transfer, client reporting, and other operational functions. Based in Singapore, you'll be part of a collaborative team of 4, working closely with colleagues in Hong Kong.

In this role, you'll be responsible for handling operational escalations, capturing key performance metrics, and coordinating sales and operations training. As a Product Support & Services ISG Associate, you'll provide essential transaction support and manage post-execution processes.

What You'll Do:

As the Operations point person for Singapore and Hong Kong, you'll be the go-to expert for client services. Collaborate seamlessly with sales, risk, IT, finance, and other teams to ensure smooth operations and resolve issues. Your role will involve:

• Building Relationships: Fostering strong connections with stakeholders across the business.

• Problem-Solving: Identifying and resolving operational challenges through proactive monitoring and communication.

• Training and Development: Empowering new sales staff with the knowledge and skills they need to succeed.
